Taiece Brooks 

For over a decade, Taiece Brooks has been a dedicated professional in the food-service industry. She has held virtually every position in the restaurant front of house and utilizes that experience daily in her current position as the Assistant General Manager of Penn Brewery. Though she has spent most of her time in an apron, her resume details experience in industries ranging from education and theater, to construction and design.

Following her studies in graphic and web design at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh she launched Brooks Branding; a branding agency that specializes in the development of small business' digital management systems, marketing strategies and branding. Taiece has worked most recently with The Pittsburgh Food and Beverage Network and Penn Brewery to hone their social media marketing strategies and branding efforts.

Prior to her work at Penn Brewery and Brooks Branding, Taiece lent her vocal talents to stages throughout Pittsburgh in productions like Dreamgirls, The Wiz, Seussical the Musical, before deciding to commit herself to running her branding agency full time
